The return to civilization proper according to most of the populace where dense infrastructure returns yellow clay covers most of the buildings proving to be a natural insulator. The clay is also the natural home to small burrowing creatures which leads to an advanced network of tunnels of varying sizes that create numerous whistling noises throughout the city.
